Is your workplace the worst? Tell us about it! I used to work for a company called In...... It was absolutely the worst place to work for. They refuse to invest in their employees and lie about lack of funding when it comes down to providing training for their employees. Before I quit, the managers constantly hazed the west coast office by giving us more work to do while the east coast office had barely any work to do. They always left by 3 pm EST and left us to deal with their customers. The manager flat out hazed a pregnant coworker by coercing her to take on more work when she had clearly told them she was already at her threshold. After she pushed back, the manager sent her an email that she would need to go on disability if she refuses to work. The VP flat out lies to his team about what he knows and pretends he doesn't know anything.
